Our Programmes Care and Support

In order to support children’s access to education and the world of work, Ubuntu Education Fund must ensure that they have a stable home environment. We provide a variety of services to families to guarantee their physical, emotional, and social stability.

Services include:

  • Initial home assessments to evaluate the level of need
  • Psycho-social support, including individual, family, and group counseling
  • Assistance to  access essential legal documents and social welfare grants
  • Communication workshops for families
  • Trainings on financial planning, caring for vulnerable children, and gender equality
  • Backyard organic food gardens for HIV-affected families

All of our clients in the Care and Support programme also receive holistic services from our other programmes.
